Exercise Faith in Christ

What can I do today to exercise greater faith in Jesus Christ?

My goal:
To spend less time on a screen, wasting away my time, and accomplish better things in life.

How am I going to achieve this goal?

Through faith in Christ, I can do all things. I have been blessed with the power to forgive, and be forgiven. This doesn't just mean forgive others, it also includes forgiving myself. The power of the Atonement is real, and it is incredibly strong. It helps me to overcome all the hard trials in life, by exercising faith in Christ, and by choosing to repent.

I need to work on setting a time limit on my screen time, and choose to only participate in uplifting things that build me up. By doing so, and setting this goal, I can become better, and just by setting goals I can learn new things. God has given me an opportunity to grow and learn through faith, and that is what I am going to do. I am determined to become more like my Father, my Brother, and ultimately, overcome the natural man.

"For the natural man is an enemy to God, and has been from the fall of Adam, and will be, forever and ever, unless he yields to the enticings of the Holy Spirit, and putteth off the natural man and becometh a saint through the atonement of Christ the Lord, and becometh as a child, submissive, meek, humble, patient, full of love, willing to submit to all things which the Lord seeth fit to inflict upon him, even as a child doth submit to his father." Mosiah 3:19
